Cancelling an appointment

You may cancel from your profile at any time before your appointment.

Refund amount

Cancelling at least 24 hours before your scheduled time qualifies for a refund of 80% of the consultation fee. Cancelling inside that window does not qualify for a refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually settle within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Doctor-initiated cancellations

If a doctor cancels your appointment, you receive a full refund regardless of timing.
